Polyvinyl Alcohol Environmental Protection Adhesive

Polyvinyl alcohol environmental protection adhesive is a new non-polluting, fast-drying water-based adhesive. It is used for the production of man made panels. 

Compared with the same adhesive on the market at present, it does not contain formaldehyde and other toxic ingredients. It will not influence the production and using environment. The cost is low, the process is simple, the bonding effect is good and the speed of solidification is fast. 

The formula of Poly(vinyl alcohol) environmental protection adhesive 

Formula One

Raw materials:

polyvinyl alcohol 0-8%, polyvinyl acetate or ethylene - vinyl acetate or mixture latex (N'XN 50Z) 1-40%. Appropriate modifier and thickening agent; water: 55% to 88%; cement or plaster and its retarder or activator: 3 % to 25%.

　　

Preparation Methods: add 30g of polyvinyl alcohol to a heating pot containing 400g of water, stir and heat to 90 ~ 100℃. Keep stirring for about half an hour until polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved, then cool to below 80℃. Add 300g of polyvinyl acetate ethylene (content 50%), thickeners 20g, then add water to make the total quantity 900g. The above belongs to A group. Add B group when in use: 100g of white cement containing tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate or 100g of hemihydrate gypsum or its retarder, stir evenly, then sizing, realize pollution-free cold wood-based panel production .

　

Formula Two

Ingredients: PVA: 5% to 11%, appropriate amount of modifier, 65% to 88% of water; cement or plaster and its retarder or activator: 5 % to 25%

Preparation Methods: add 75g of polyvinyl alcohol to a heated pot containing 750g of water, stir and heat to 90 ~ 100℃, stir for half an hour at the same temperature until it is completely dissolved, then add proper amount of modifier Jun amount and then water to make a total of 880g. That is A group. B group will be 120g of white cement and activator or 100g of hemihydrate gypsum and its retarder, stir, then sizing, then produce pollution-free cold wood-based panel.　

Most Eye Drops Containing Preservatives

Does each type of eye drops contain preservatives? When reporters asked this question to drugstore staff, they found that most of them are not clear with this question. “Even if they are with preservatives, the quantity is very small and has no harm on eyes.” Most of the staff answered like this.

In fact, apart from the eye drops used by adult contains preservatives, eye drops used by children also do. While those people who come to the drugstore to buy eye drops only choose eye drops according to their symptoms instead of caring whether they contain preservatives or not.

Reporters notice that although most eye drops contain preservatives, there is no indication of it on the package or the instructions. Some other products only indicate benzalkonium chloride in its ingredients. People with no chemical knowledge will not know that is the preservative.

Therefore, if you decide to buy eye drops for yourself or your children, you should first check whether they contain preservatives or not. You should take priority to those indicating that preservatives are not contained such as PVA eye drops or carefully inquire doctors before you go and buy a type of eye drops all by yourself.
